It's been one year and it's hard to believe how much Ben has changed. He's 345% heavier and 145% taller than when he was born. He went from immobile to rolling over to wiggling to army crawling to crawling to walking. He can communicate some basic needs using sign language. He laughs and makes jokes. He eats real food-- a lot of real food. In short, it has been simply amazing to have a front row seat for this process.
Ben had a great birthday. We actually celebrated his birth a few times, once with cake, once at the zoo and once with a beer. As you can see from the pictures, his grandparents have spoiled him silly.
